个人简历

1988年青岛海洋大学水产养殖专业获学士学位，1997年日本东北大学获博士学位，2000年于日本东北大学完成博士后研究，2000年至今任中国海洋大学教授，博士生导师。现任中国海洋大学水产学院院长，教育部水产类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员，第六届全国水产原种和良种审定委员会委员，中国水产学会常务理事、中国水产学会海水养殖分会副主任委员，中国海洋与湖沼学会理事，国际牡蛎学会理事，“Marine Biotechnology”、“水产学报”等多个国内外学术刊物编委，获国务院政府特殊津贴专家、“泰山学者种业计划专家”等荣誉称号。

研究方向/领域

主要从事海洋经济贝类苗种培育技术、繁殖生物学、遗传育种学、系统分类学、群体遗传学等。

主要业绩

在海产贝类种质资源遗传多样性评价、优良品种培育等领域有系统科学发现和学术创新，成功培育出长牡蛎“海大1号”、“海大2号”和“海大3号”新品种，创建了贝壳、软体组织、DNA库相配套的海洋贝类种质资源保存体系，建立了国内规模最大的海洋贝类DNA条形码数据库。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文350余篇，其中SCI收录220余篇；出版著作10余部；获授权专利40余项。
