On July 9, 2020, Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City high-level talents certification ceremony was held in Administration Bureau of YZBSTC. Bao Zhenmin, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of SOI-OUC, is recognized as ‘Hainan master talent’ (flexible introduction). Zhao Wei, professor of SOI-OUC, is recognized as ‘Hainan outstanding talent’ (flexible introduction). Academician Bao Zhenmin is also the first ‘Hainan master talent’ (flexible introduction) of Hainan Province.
