主要科研领域:
研究方向为热带海洋生物种质资源开发与种业工程,主要从事海洋生物遗传学和基因组学研究,在鱼类分子遗传学及优良品种选育、鱼类染色体组操作与性别决定机制、鱼类基因组学和功能基因研究、鱼类胚胎干细胞和生殖干细胞分离培养及借腹生子研究等方面取得了系列研究成果。
1. 在我国率先建立了星鲽和石鲽的生殖调控人工繁殖技术体系,实现了星鲽和石鲽的人工繁殖。
2. 建立了鱼类染色体显微切割技术、半滑舌鳎性别鉴定技术、舌鳎和牙鲆性别控制育种技术。
3. 开展了牙鲆分子和细胞遗传学研究,建立了牙鲆BLUP育种技术体系。
4. 开展了海水鱼类胚胎干细胞和生殖干细胞研究,构建了干细胞特异性识别载体,成功实现了胚胎干细胞和生殖干细胞的识别和分离,初步建立了海水鱼类借腹生子技术。
5. 完成了牙鲆单倍体和许氏平鲉的基因组分析,解明了牙鲆底栖视觉适应的分子机制,在国内首次解析了鱼类卵胎生的进化特征,证实许氏平鲉繁殖方式是从卵胎生向真正的胎生进化过程中的一种过渡类型。
近年来承担完成国家级“863”课题、国家自然科学基金、省部级重大课题数十项;已发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录160余篇;获专利14项,国家知识产权2项,获省部级奖励4项。
