科研领域描述:

主要从事海洋生物遗传与基因组学研究,近年来围绕国际前沿领域关键科学和技术难题展开攻关,取得系列具有重要国际影响力的科研成果。研发了一系列适用于非模式生物基因组学研究的新技术和新方法,为高效开展海洋生物基因组学研究提供核心技术手段;在解析软体动物基因组特征和发育进化调控机制等方面取得多项新发现和新认识,为理解动物早期起源和演化机制提供关键线索;在海洋贝类分子育种资源开发、重要经济性状遗传解析等方面取得重要进展,研究成果为建立国际先进的海洋贝类分子育种体系奠定重要基础。主持承担了国家863重大、国家重点研发计划等项目课题;入选国家基金委优青、教育部青年长江学者、国家万人计划领军人才、山东省泰山学者特聘专家,并获教育部青年科学奖、中国动物学会青年科技奖、山东省青年科技奖等。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文上百余篇,以第一/通讯作者发表在Nature MethodsNature ProtocolsNature Ecology & EvolutionNature Communications等国际顶级期刊上。学术成果得到国内外同行的广泛关注和高度评价,成果连续入选20162017年度中国海洋与湖沼十大科技进展及2017年度中国海洋科技十大进展,获国家技术发明二等奖1项,省部级一等奖2项。
