On April 17th 2020, Lin Hai, executive deputy director of Administration Bureau of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, and his delegation visited the Innovation Centre for Deep Sea Observation Network SOI. Lin listened to the introduction of SOI construction progress, and had discussions with staff members of SOI.
